ACS Magazine

The ACS Magazine is a quarterly magazine published for all members of the American Cockatiel Society. It features articles on pet care, breeding, management, genetics and many other subjects of educational value and interest to the pet owner, breeder and exhibitor.

You can download and view a free sample issue of the ACS Magazine to see what to expect from each quarterly issue.   Note that this sample is an online version of the printed copy that was mailed to members; it is not identical in format, nor was the printed version in full color.  Some content from the issue may have been deleted or modified for editorial purposes.

Advertising Information

Member Rates:

• Classified Ads
  • Guaranteed Insertion: $3.00 per issue
  • Space-permitting: FREE
• Display Ads
  • 1/2 Page (4" X 5"): $5.00 per issue ($15.00 for 4 issues)
  • Full Page (8" X 5"): $10.00 per issue ($30.00 for 4 issues)

The rates above apply for items such as used cages, show boxes, birds and aviary items. ACS affiliated clubs may also place bird fair notices at these rates.

Nonmember, Business, and Commercial Rates:

• Display Ads
  • 1/2 Page (4" X 5"): $10.00 per issue ($30.00 for 4 issues)
  • Full Page (8" X 5"): $20.00 per issue ($60.00 for 4 issues)

These rates apply to items such as food products, supplies, publications, toys, equipment, birds, etc. You do not need to be a member of ACS to place an advertisement in this category.  Your advertisement will appear in a random placement in each issue.
